Upon our full retired, in March 2012 Mary and I began our planned trip to spend a year in Australia.  It was something we always talked about doing in retirement.  This was the opportunity for both of us to spend quality time with family and friends, for Mary to discover Melbourne as a local, and for Joe to get reacquainted with Melbourne of his youth with many trips down memory lane.  To read and see our blog about our 15 months in Melbourne click here A Melbourne Sojourn
